Terms of Use

1. The service

Rabtt360 offers two independent products on a monthly subscription: WhatsApp CRM, and an automation platform running the n8n engine. Using either means accepting these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account, and the details you provide must be accurate and current. Each member has their own account within your plan.

3. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to:

• Send unsolicited messages or anything breaching WhatsApp's business policies.
• Conduct unlawful activity or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to reach another customer's data, or test platform security without prior written permission.
• Attack third-party systems through automation, or consume resources in a way that harms other customers.

4. Your data

Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of your content and use it only to operate the service for you.

5. Limits and resources

Each plan carries the limits published on the pricing page. Above the active-workflow limit, the newest are deactivated automatically down to the limit — they remain saved and are not deleted. Free-plan workspaces sleep when unused.

6. Availability

We aim for the highest availability we can achieve without guaranteeing 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occur, with advance notice where practical.

7. Payment

Subscriptions renew monthly and payments are handled by an external payment provider. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding the incident.

9. Open-source software

The automation platform runs the n8n engine, an independent project with its own licensing. Rabtt360 did not build n8n and does not claim to; we provide hosting, operation and maintenance around it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email a reasonable time before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
