Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Each company has its own Odoo, its own database and its own network on our servers.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends. Access stops on the end date. Paid plans are coming soon — write to us to continue.
Do I need WhatsApp CRM or Automation to use Odoo?
No. Odoo is a separate product with its own subscription.

It gives you a complete n8n instance of your own, running on our infrastructure, without you managing a server or installing anything.
Is Automation included with WhatsApp CRM?
No. They are entirely separate products, each with its own subscription.
Can I build my own workflows?
Yes, in the same visual editor n8n provides, with all its nodes and integrations.
Can I connect external APIs?
Yes — any API that speaks HTTP.
Are webhooks supported?
Yes, and each workspace has its own address to receive them.
Can I run workflows on a schedule?
Yes. Note that a workspace with a schedule or a webhook needs an always-on plan.
Is Automation sold separately?
Yes, entirely separately from WhatsApp CRM.

How do free trials work?
Each trial is free for the period shown on its plan, with no card. You can move to a paid plan at any time.
What happens when a trial or subscription ends?
We email the company owner 7 days and 1 day before it ends, and again when it has ended. Access stops on the end date until you choose a plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Plans are monthly; the details are in the cancellation and refund policy.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT.
How do I pay?
Online, through Paymob, from the checkout page.
